- Maintain and update customer database in CRM software
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and coordination
- Prepare reports, sales records, and customer data sheets
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead management
- Track customer interactions and maintain proper records
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients and buyers
- Generate daily/weekly CRM reports and updates
- Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Google Sheets/Excel
