Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Credit Manager to manage credit control, accounts receivable, billing, and collections. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely payments, maintaining accurate financial records, minimizing credit risk, and managing relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage credit control, billing, invoicing, and collections.
- Evaluate and recommend credit limits for corporate clients and travel agents.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and overdue accounts.
- Monitor accounts receivable ageing and minimize bad debts.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Finance, Front Office, and Reservations teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly receivables reports.
- Maintain accurate credit documentation and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Handle client queries related to invoices and payments.
- Monitor credit risks and support financial audits.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate or Postgraduate.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
- Strong knowledge of billing, collections, and receivables management.
- Experience in hotel finance or corporate receivables is preferred.
- Exposure to high-volume billing and corporate accounts is an advantage.
