JobMyIndia is an integrated recruitment and HR technology platform that helps businesses manage job postings, recruitment, candidate shortlisting, interviews, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll, and HRMS operations through a single platform.

We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing activities, generate qualified leads, improve brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition for our recruitment portal and HRMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Strategy

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote JobMyIndia.
- Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other digital campaigns.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets and optimize campaign performance.

2. Lead Generation & Sales Support

- Generate qualified leads from employers, companies, factories, hospitals, and businesses.
- Drive customer acquisition for HRMS software, payroll, attendance systems, and recruitment services.
- Create lead funnels and coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

3. Social Media Management

- Manage JobMyIndia’s LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media accounts.
- Plan and publish engaging posts, reels, videos, job vacancy creatives, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain consistent brand identity and communication.

4. SEO & Website Marketing

- Improve website SEO, keyword rankings, organic traffic, and landing-page conversions.
- Develop industry-specific landing pages and marketing content.
- Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools to track performance.

5. Content & Creative Marketing

- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Develop ad creatives,



promotional videos, email campaigns, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Plan influencer marketing and regional campaigns where appropriate.

6. Analytics & Reporting

- Track leads, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve results.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Robust knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and lead generation.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of landing pages, conversion tracking, remarketing, and marketing funnels.
- Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with sales teams and achieve measurable business targets.
- Knowledge of Canva, AI marketing tools, and video content marketing is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in SaaS, HRMS, recruitment, B2B marketing, or IT services.
- Experience generating business leads through paid advertising.
- Understanding of the Indian SME, manufacturing, healthcare, and staffing markets.
- Ability to manage campaigns independently and demonstrate measurable results.

- Qualified employer and HRMS leads generated.
- Cost per qualified lead.
- Website traffic and landing-page conversion rate.
- Number of sales-qualified leads and customers acquired.
- Advertising budget efficiency and campaign ROI.
- Social media reach, engagement, and organic growth.
