We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Manager – For Institutional Lighting for Metalux Electrical Pvt Ltd, an Authorized dealer for WIPRO, Bajaj, Havells, Crompton and Surya Lighting. Candidate should have experience in intuitional sales experience for Electrical, interior or Building material product. Candidate should drive business growth in the institutional, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure segments. The candidate will be responsible for developing recent business opportunities, managing key accounts, building strong relationships with architects, lighting consultants, electrical consultants, MEP consultants, builders, contractors, electrical contractors, and institutional clients.

Generate leads, Prepare quotations, develop a strong sales pipeline,



and convert opportunities into confirmed orders. Drive project-based sales for indoor, outdoor, façade, architectural, industrial, and specialized lighting solutions. Conduct product presentations, lighting solution demonstrations, and technical meetings.

Coordinate with the design and technical teams for lighting layouts, lux calculations, product selection, and customized solutions. Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Candidates with experience in LED lighting, architectural lighting, electrical equipment, or building solutions will be preferred.
