Job SummaryWe are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Senior Collection Executive to manage outstanding receivables, follow up with customers for overdue payments, and ensure timely collection of dues. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining healthy cash flow, reducing overdue accounts, resolving payment disputes, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve collection targets.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with customers through calls, emails, and meetings to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
2. Monitor accounts receivable, ageing reports, overdue payments, and collection schedules.
3. Achieve monthly collection targets and reduce overdue outstanding balances.
4. Handle escalated payment issues and negotiate payment commitments with customers.
5. Coordinate with the sales, accounts,



and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and payment disputes.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer communications, payment commitments, and collection status.
7. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for management.
8. Identify high-risk and long-pending accounts and implement appropriate recovery strategies.
9. Ensure timely reconciliation of customer accounts and update payment records.
10. Escalate chronic defaulters and high-value overdue accounts to management.
11. Build and maintain skilled relationships with customers while ensuring effective recovery.
12. Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and applicable legal and ethical standards.
