We are looking for an active and responsible E-commerce Executive to manage our online store and interact with our customers. If you know how to operate a Shopify store and have basic knowledge of the textile/apparel industry, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management: Regularly update product catalogs, upload new products, and manage pricing/inventory on our Shopify store.
Order Management: Process daily online orders, track dispatch status, and ensure timely fulfillment.
Client Communication: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
Requirements:
Prior experience operating the Shopify platform.
Positive communication skills for talking to clients and handling support.
Basic understanding of textiles and fabrics.
Strong organizational skills to keep track of daily orders.
