- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and demonstrate robotic cleaning products at customer locations.
- Perform servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
- Conduct product testing, quality checks, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain service reports and coordinate with technical and R&D; teams.
- Guide customers on product usage, maintenance, and safety.
- Assist in product development, research, and quality improvement activities.
- RequirementsTechnical knowledge of electronics, robotics, or related fields preferred.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for field visits.
- Responsible, disciplined, and customer-focused.

Note: Must be willing to handle additional responsibilities assigned by management.
