- Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with customers for timely loan repayments and overdue payments.
- Contact customers through phone calls and messages regarding pending dues.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve payment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and customer follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned collection targets within the given timelines.
- Escalate overdue and high-risk accounts to the concerned department.
- Maintain professional communication and valuable customer relationships.
- Required QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience in collections, recovery, or financial services is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to meet collection targets and work under pressure.
