Job Title: Service Advisor – BMW Motorrad Bikes

Job Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and understand their motorcycle service requirements.

- Handle service bookings, customer queries, and complaints professionally.

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service.

- Prepare service estimates and explain repair work to customers.

- Provide regular updates on service progress and delivery timelines.

- Maintain service records and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- HSC or Graduate.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an authorized automobile or motorcycle dealership.

- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

- Experience with premium bikes or BMW Motorrad will be preferred.

Location: Mumbai

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, based on experience, plus incentives.
