Responsibilities: Involves a low degree of decision-making, requiring the application of general business understanding and process training. Business rules are fully defined, limiting discretion. Training and ramp time are moderate (2-3 weeks). Standard communication formats are expected. Average handling time (AHT) is low (1-5 minutes), with transactions beyond scope escalated to the next level. Involves minimal financial, business, or regulatory compliance decisions.

Qualifications: Higher Education Diploma with 0 - 2 years of relevant experience
