Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Supporting Actions

Contract Labour Management

- Timely Issuing of Gatepass based on managements approval

- Labour Data updation in kronos system.

- Enusre 100% scheduling of CL in Kronos

- Enusre leave encashment for CL

- Reach out Contract Labour at shopfloor addresss their grievnces and also ensure discipline of labours

Salary & wages administration:

- Implementation of Minimum wages as per Min.Wages

Act.

- Work on timely disbursement of wage of contract labour
- Coordinate with contractors on timely submission of bills
- Verification of bills with kronos system
- Enusre case ID generation on the same day when bill submitted at IR office

- Preparation of PF statement and all related documents

- Send reports on payment status as per requirement

MIS & Reports:

- Generation of various reports of contract labour like daily deployment report, bill status reports,



non-compliance reports of 7,10&15 days of contionous work report.
- Sharing data for MIS without any error
- Generation of OT report

Statutory Compliances:

- Implementation of compliance related to Minimum wages Act and Payment of wages act and Employee Provident fund & Miscellaneous provision Act 1952.

- Ensure Labour Liscence for all contractors

- Ensure Workmen Compensation Policy for all contract labour

- Maintain Gratuity provison for all contract labour who are eligible according to the law.

- Timely disbursement of Bonus as per law.

Laison:

- Maintain laison with contractor and supervisor for ease completion of work.

- Maintain positive laison with local leaders for better solving of isssues related to labour

5) Role Specific Competencies

Technical competencies

- MBA in HR or Post graduation in Social Welfare or LL.B.
- Domain knowledge of ER practices
- Understanding of quality systems
- Basic understanding of statutes
