What Should the Candidate Know?

- Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing, staff, inventory, and customers.
- Sales & Revenue: Identify opportunities to increase sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Customer Handling: Interact with customers, understand their buying behaviour, and improve sales conversions.
- Team Management: Train store staff and improve their performance.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and product availability.
- Financial Understanding: Understand the store's Profit & Loss (P&L;), including rent, salaries, margins, and product profitability.
- Business Reporting: Report store performance directly to the store's investor.
- Problem-Solving: Independently resolve customer complaints, operational issues, and sales challenges.
- Business Expansion: After the first three months, work on improving sales conversion, customer experience, and expanding into current locations.
