The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and manpower placement for healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Apna Jobs, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Recruit nursing staff, patient care attendants, medical attendants, and other healthcare professionals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure timely joining.
- Meet recruitment targets and support manpower requirements.

Eligibility:

- Minimum qualification:



12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply; recruitment experience will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and job portals.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
