Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Reach out to prospective customers from databases, walk-in registries, or marketing campaigns to pitch vehicles, insurance, or loan options.
- Inbound Handling: Answer incoming calls regarding vehicle models, pricing, festival offers, test drive bookings, and workshop service slots.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Assess customer interest, filter genuine buyers, and transfer hot leads to the on-ground sales executive team.
- Service & Follow-up Calls: Coordinate service reminders, feedback calls, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals, and bodyshop/repair updates.
- CRM & Data Entry: Log all call outcomes, customer preferences, and scheduled appointments accurately into the company CRM or database.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly quotas for call volume, lead conversions, and customer satisfaction scores.
