Gokyo is a growing Indian outdoor clothing and gear brand specialising in trekking, hiking and adventure travel products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Handle daily order processing, packing and dispatch.
- Coordinate deliveries to vendors, retail stores and customers.
- Track orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners.
- Manage returns, exchanges and reverse logistics.
- Maintain daily stock and order reports.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory or logistics operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Experience with Shopify or e-commerce order processing is preferred.
- Good coordination, communication and organisational skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented and able to handle daily operations independently.
