About the Role

MY India is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team at Old Panvel, Navi Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective customers, explaining property options, arranging site visits, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and other sources.
- Contact potential buyers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and project features.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide regular updates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.




- Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Interest in real estate sales and customer handling.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales may apply; real estate sales experience will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
