Job Profile: Retail Pharmacist

Department: Retail Medical Store / Pharmacy

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Delhi / Noida / Ghaziabad

Experience: 2–3 Years Preferred

Job Summary We are looking for a responsible, customer-oriented, and experienced Retail Pharmacist to manage daily pharmacy operations, dispense medicines, assist customers, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDispense medicines as per valid prescriptions and applicable regulations.
- Verify prescriptions, dosage instructions, and medicine details before dispensing.
- Guide customers regarding medicine usage, dosage, storage, and precautions within the scope of professional practice.
- Manage medicine stock, purchase entries, expiry checks, and batch details.
- Maintain proper records of Schedule H/H1 and other regulated medicines, wherever applicable.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and POS/software operations.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate for timely replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and proper storage conditions at the medical store.
- Provide courteous customer service and support daily sales operations.
- Follow company policies, pharmacy standards, and applicable drug laws.
- Eligibility & RequirementsD.Pharm / B.Pharm qualification from a recognized institution.




- Valid State Pharmacy Council registration, as applicable.
- Prior experience in a retail medical store or community pharmacy is preferred.
- Knowledge of prescription medicines, generic medicines, and pharmacy billing.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and willing to work in a retail pharmacy environment.
- Ability to manage daily store operations independently.

Important Hiring Criteria Preference will be given to candidates having relevant experience in retail medical stores or community pharmacies.
