Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Debt Collection Field Executive to visit customers at their homes, shops, or workplaces to recover overdue payments. The role involves handling delinquent loan and credit accounts, negotiating repayment plans and settlements, and following up on outstanding dues that could not be resolved through phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers in person to collect overdue payments.
- Follow up on pending loan and credit account dues.
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with customers.
- Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly collection targets.
Salary & Advantages:
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month.
