Billing & Planning Engineer

Qualification: MBA / B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Department: Project / Billing & Planning

- Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and verify client bills, RA bills, and final bills as per project requirements.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress against planned targets and timelines.
- Coordinate with site engineers, clients, contractors, and vendors for billing and project updates.
- Maintain measurement sheets, BOQ, quantity records, and supporting billing documents.
- Track project costs, material consumption, and work completion status.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budget reports, and billing forecasts.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices and follow up on payment status.
- Maintain proper documentation of work orders, approvals, and project records.




- Required SkillsKnowledge of billing, project planning, BOQ, and quantity estimation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project / Primavera will be an added advantage.
- Good coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project deadlines and maintain accurate records.
- Qualification: MBA or Electrical Engineering background.
- Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates may apply, as per company requirements.
- Job Location: As per project / company requirement.
