Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls and handle inbound customer calls.
- Communicate with customers professionally in Hindi and basic English.

- Follow the calling script and achieve daily calling targets.
- Update call status, customer feedback, and dispositions in the CRM.
- Maintain call quality and follow company guidelines.
