Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative, experienced, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating quality leads, managing online campaigns, and strengthening the company's digital presence in the real estate market.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the company's real estate projects.
- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Generate quality leads for property sales through digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and return on investment (ROI).
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
- Manage website content,



SEO, and online brand visibility.
- Design and create social media posts, promotional creatives, banners, and property advertisements using Adobe Photoshop.
- Plan content calendars, promotional campaigns, reels, and property-related posts.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Eligibility & SkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate.
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop for designing marketing creatives, banners, brochures, and social media posts.
- Experience in lead generation and paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical, communication, and management skills.
- Ability to plan campaigns, manage budgets, and achieve marketing targets.
- Knowledge of Canva, content planning, and marketing analytics will be an advantage.
