Key Responsibilities:

1. Vehicle Pickup Coordination

• Coordinate daily vehicle pickup schedules with customers and field teams.

• Ensure timely dispatch and movement of vehicles from customer locations to the RVSF facility.

• Track pickup progress and resolve operational delays.

2. Transport & Fleet Coordination

• Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and logistics partners.

• Optimize vehicle allocation and route planning for operational efficiency.

• Ensure transporter availability and timely execution of pickup commitments.

3. Documentation & Compliance

• Verify vehicle pickup documentation and operational records.

• Maintain logistics reports, trip records, and movement documentation.

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.

4. Operations Monitoring

• Monitor daily logistics activities and vehicle movement status.

• Coordinate with sales, operations,



and processing teams for smooth execution.

• Escalate operational issues and support resolution in a timely manner.

5. MIS & Reporting

• Maintain daily logistics MIS and operational trackers.

• Prepare reports on pickups, transporter performance, pending movements, and operational efficiency.

• Support management with logistics data and operational analysis.

Candidate Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet operations, or supply chain coordination.

• Experience in automobile, vehicle transportation, or logistics operations preferred.

• Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
