About RIOSA

RIOSA is a premium café focused on quality coffee, great hospitality, and a welcoming ambience. We are looking for a skilled and passionate barista who understands specialty coffee, manual brewing techniques, and the art of crafting consistently excellent beverages.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages, including espresso, Americano, cappuccino, latte, flat white, and other specialty coffees.
- Have practical knowledge of manual pour-over brewing methods, including V60, Chemex, or similar techniques.
- Understand coffee beans, grind sizes, extraction, brewing ratios, water temperature, and brew times.
- Operate and maintain commercial espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
- Dial in espresso shots and maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Steam and texture milk correctly and create basic latte art.
- Prepare cold coffee, iced beverages, and other café drinks as per the menu.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at the coffee station.
- Monitor coffee inventory, manage wastage, and follow standard operating procedures.




- Provide excellent customer service and explain coffee varieties and brewing methods to customers.
- Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining beverage quality and service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Barista in a café, specialty coffee shop, or similar establishment.
- Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and commercial coffee equipment.
- Practical experience with manual pour-over brewing is mandatory.
- Positive understanding of specialty coffee and different brewing techniques.
- Knowledge of milk steaming, latte art, and beverage presentation.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness, discipline, and consistency.
- Passion for coffee, willingness to learn, and a professional approach to work.
