We are hiring a responsible and hardworking executive to manage courier shipments, order verification, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calling customers to verify current orders before dispatch.
- Handling OFD (Out for Delivery) and NDR (Non-Delivery Report) shipments.
- Calling customers for delivery confirmation and resolving delivery issues.
- Coordinating with courier companies and delivery partners.
- Following up on pending, undelivered, RTO, and delayed shipments.
- Updating order status and maintaining daily reports.
- Ensuring maximum successful deliveries and reducing RTO.
- Handling customer queries professionally over calls and WhatsApp.
