The role involves screening resumes, conducting initial telephonic interviews, coordinating interview schedules with clients and candidates, and following up on interview feedback.
The HR Recruiter will manage the recruitment process from sourcing to candidate joining, maintain candidate databases, update recruitment trackers, and ensure timely communication with candidates and clients.
