We are looking for a customer-friendly and responsible Customer Care Executive for our laundry and dry-cleaning chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and enquiries.
- Book home pickups and coordinate deliveries.
- Provide order status updates and follow up on pending orders.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with multiple outlets and delivery teams.
- Maintain customer records and encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
- Positive communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Pleasant attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
