Job Description – Student Counsellor

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Student Counsellor for our Digital Marketing Institute in Vapi. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, generating admissions through effective follow-ups, and guiding students towards suitable digital marketing courses.

Key Responsibilities

· Counsel students regarding digital marketing courses, career opportunities, course structure, and fees.

· Handle incoming enquiries, leads, and walk-in students.

· Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up with interested leads.

· Convert enquiries into centre visits, course registrations, and confirmed admissions.

· Explain the advantages of digital marketing skills and career opportunities to students and parents.

· Maintain regular follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

· Coordinate with the marketing team regarding new leads and admission campaigns.

· Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, walk-ins, and admissions.

· Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to the overall growth of the institute.





· Build positive relationships with students and parents to ensure a good counselling experience.

Candidate Requirements

· Minimum 6 months of experience in student counselling, educational sales, telecalling, or admission counselling.

· Excellent communication and convincing skills.

· Ability to handle student queries and convert leads into admissions.

· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.

· Comfortable making calls, handling walk-ins, and following up with prospective students.

· A target-oriented approach with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Candidates with experience in coaching institutes, skill-development centres, or educational institutions will be preferred.

· Languages: Hindi, Gujrati & English

Salary & Benefits

· Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
