Job SummaryWe are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Credit Card Sales Team Leader to manage a team of telecallers and sales executives, drive credit card sales, achieve monthly targets, and ensure quality business generation through various banking partners.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of credit card sales telecallers and executives.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as per company requirements.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, lead conversion, login, approval, and activation ratios.
- Ensure quality customer leads and maximum conversion into approved credit card applications.
- Coordinate with bank representatives and internal teams to resolve application, login, rejection, and payout-related issues.
- Conduct daily team briefings, sales training, and performance reviews.
- Monitor attendance, calling productivity, follow-ups, and daily MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies,



documentation requirements, and sales guidelines.
- Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve team productivity and revenue.
- Maintain discipline, accountability, and a target-oriented work workplace.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in credit card sales or banking sales.
- Prior experience managing a sales or telecalling team is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good understanding of credit card products, eligibility, application processes, and banking procedures.
- Target-driven approach with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and sales MIS reporting.
