Job PurposeTo source and process vehicle loan applications, achieve business targets, build relationships with dealers and customers, and ensure quality loan disbursement.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire current customers for vehicle loan products.
- Source business through dealerships, referrals, and direct marketing activities.
- Explain loan schemes, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and sales teams for timely loan approval and disbursement.
- Maintain relationships with dealers, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and channel partners.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and KYC norms.
- Track market competition and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Support collection activities and portfolio quality when required.
