Job Title: Telecaller – Business Development & Appointment Setting ( 6 Opening )

Role Overview

Contact industrial and commercial customers, introduce GHV Group’s power and renewable energy services, identify interested prospects and arrange meetings for the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided and researched lead lists.
- Identify the person responsible for electricity procurement, finance or management.
- Briefly explain GHV’s services and understand the customer’s initial requirements.
- Collect basic information such as company name, location, contact details, electricity consumption and existing power arrangements.
- Request electricity bills from interested customers for assessment, with their consent.
- Schedule meetings or calls with the BD team and confirm appointments.
- Follow up on interested prospects and reschedule missed meetings.
- Maintain accurate call records,



lead status and follow-up dates in the company’s tracker.
- Submit daily reports covering calls, qualified leads and meetings fixed.
- Coordinate with the BD team to track meeting attendance and outcomes.
- Use approved information and refer technical or commercial questions to the BD team.

Candidate Requirements

- Clear communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati; basic English preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior company representatives.
- Basic computer, Excel and data-entry skills.
- Persistent, organised and qualified in follow-ups.
- Experience in telecalling, appointment setting or B2B sales preferred.
- Power-sector knowledge is an advantage; training will be provided.

Performance Measures

Qualified meetings scheduled and attended, lead quality, timely follow-ups and accurate records.

Compensation: Fixed salary plus performance incentives, as per company policy.
