Role Summary:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the dispatch of Arceus India's machines to customers, ensuring timely, protected, and documented delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule machine dispatches based on customer orders and production readiness
- Coordinate with production, QC, and sales teams for dispatch clearance
- Arrange transport and liaise with logistics partners and transporters
- Prepare dispatch documents (invoice, e-way bill, packing list, delivery challan, LR)
- Ensure proper packing, loading, and securing of machines to prevent transit damage
- Track shipments and update customers and internal teams on delivery status
- Maintain dispatch records, MIS reports, and inventory updates in ERP/Excel
- Handle transit damage or delivery issues and coordinate insurance claims if needed
- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements
