Job OverviewWe are looking for a confident and result-oriented International Outbound Voice Executive to join our team. The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in international calling, preferably in the US insurance process, with knowledge of Health Insurance, Auto Insurance, and Home Insurance.

The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, customer engagement, explaining insurance products, achieving targets, and maintaining high standards of call quality and compliance.

- Key Responsibilities1. International Outbound CallingMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers in the US market.
- Follow daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets and performance metrics.
- Communicate professionally with customers and maintain effective conversations.
- 2. Insurance Process KnowledgeHandle customer interactions related to Health Insurance, Auto Insurance, and Home Insurance.
- Explain relevant insurance products, coverage options, features, and benefits clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and connect them with appropriate insurance solutions, as per campaign guidelines.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information regarding the assigned insurance process.
- 3. Lead Generation and QualificationIdentify and qualify potential leads based on campaign objectives.
- Collect accurate customer information and update the CRM/database.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers.
- 4. Sales and Customer EngagementPresent products and services persuasively to generate sales or schedule appointments.
- Build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Handle objections professionally and work towards achieving conversion targets.




- Follow up with interested customers and manage scheduled callbacks.
- 5. Quality Control and ComplianceMaintain high standards of call quality, professionalism, and customer service.
- Follow approved calling scripts, campaign guidelines, and quality parameters.
- Ensure accurate information is communicated during every customer interaction.
- Adhere to applicable US calling, privacy, and insurance-related compliance requirements, including relevant TCPA rules.
- Accept quality feedback and implement improvements to enhance call performance.
- Maintain proper documentation and report quality issues or customer escalations to the supervisor.
- 6. CRM Management and ReportingRecord call outcomes, customer feedback, lead status, and follow-up details accurately.
- Maintain data confidentiality and integrity.
- Submit regular reports on calls, leads, conversions, and overall performance.
- 7. Team CoordinationCoordinate with team leaders, quality analysts, and sales teams.
- Participate in training sessions, feedback discussions, and performance reviews.
- Work towards individual and team targets.
- Job RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process is mandatory.
- Experience in the US insurance process is preferred, particularly in Health Insurance, Auto Insurance, and Home Insurance.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent English communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Good knowledge of cold calling, lead generation, and customer handling.
- Solid convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to achieve targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Willingness to work according to US time zones.
