Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Entry-Level Affiliate Manager to join our growing growth marketing team. In this role, you will help build, maintain, and scale our affiliate and partner marketing networks. You will be responsible for onboarding new affiliates, monitoring daily campaign performance, and ensuring our partners have the assets they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- Affiliate Onboarding & Support: Review and approve incoming affiliate applications. Guide new partners through the onboarding process, setting up their accounts and tracking links.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for routine publisher, influencer, and affiliate inquiries. Provide timely support regarding links, payouts, and creatives.
- Campaign Monitoring & Quality Control: Track daily traffic, clicks,



and conversions across affiliate networks. Monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and detect fraudulent behavior.
- Creative Distribution: Coordinate with the design and content teams to distribute fresh promotional banners, coupon codes, and text links to the affiliate network.
- Reporting & Analysis: Compile weekly and monthly reports on key metrics like Return on Cost Per Install, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), CPL and overall partner revenue.

Required Skills

- Technical Savvy: Basic understanding of digital marketing principles & Campaign like CPI,CPA,CPL.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets) to track metrics and spot trends.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for qualified email outreach and partner support.
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
