Job Overview

We are looking for a self-motivated and target-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales of Life, Health, and General Insurance products across India.

The ideal candidate should have robust communication and client-handling skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve business targets in a hybrid work environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of Life, Health, and General Insurance products to prospective and existing clients.

Generate leads through various channels and develop a strong client base.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.





Maintain client records and prepare regular sales reports.

Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and company offerings.

Eligibility Criteria

2–15 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates and MBA candidates are preferred.

At least 2 years of experience in Life, Health, or General Insurance is an added advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales orientation and target-achievement mindset.

Ability to work independently in a hybrid or work-from-home environment.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
