We are looking for (an architect/ interior designer for a manager position) for Indik Space

Design.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Developing concept design based on project requirements.

• Create mood boards to sample your design vision.

• Prepare all the required shop drawings – Lighting layout & Furniture layout.

• Preparing detailed working drawings (Lighting & Furniture), design plans, and

schemes often using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software

• Research & follow industry changes, evolution & best practices.

• Check and manage a team of 2 or 3 designers for drawings and details sent to the

site for production.

• Manage workflow and timelines of the project.

• Need to handle commercial projects.

There will be travel to project sites in Delhi NCR.





Requirements:

• Creative talent, imagination & eye for design

• Proficient in Auto CAD (2D & 3D) 3ds max, sketch up with Vray and other design

programs

• Excellent communication & presentation skills

• Details drawings and GFC set checking for production.

• Graduate in Interior design/postgraduate in interior design or B.Arch (ONLY THE

MENTIONED COURSES TO APPLY)

• Specifically looking for candidates who want to pursue their career in the interior design

industry

Should have a minimum Experience of 7 yrs.
