Main Task Description

1 Raw Material Inspection (IQC) Inspects the physical quality, COA certificate, and technical parameters of raw materials before use.

2 In-Process Inspection (IPQC) Performs sampling and measurement of products during the production process to ensure quality consistency.

3 Final Product Inspection (FQC) Checks finished products before they are packaged and shipped to customers.

4 Testing Performs physical testing of products (weight, dimensions, drop test, leak test, strength) according to standards.

5 Documentation of Inspection Results Records all inspection and testing data on QC forms.

6 Non-Conformance Reporting Reports NG (reject) products to the Leader, separates them, and completes the Non-Conformance report.

7 Calibration of Measuring Instruments Ensures QC measuring instruments are always calibrated and in valuable condition.

8 5R Maintenance in the QC Area Maintains the cleanliness, tidiness, and orderliness of the QC work area.

9 Coordination with Production Provides feedback to operators/technicians regarding quality issues for immediate correction.

10 Quality Audit & Evaluation Assists in the implementation of internal audits and provides data for quality analysis.
