About the Role :We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and technically sound Product Manager who can independently manage product requirements, coordinate with development teams, and drive product delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, product ownership, and experience working in an AI-enabled technology workplace. Key Responsibilities • Own product roadmap, feature prioritisation, and end-to-end product delivery. • Gather business requirements and prepare PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. • Coordinate with development, QA, design, and business teams. • Manage Agile sprints, product backlogs, timelines, and releases. • Independently lead client meetings, stakeholder discussions, and product demonstrations. • Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables. • Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and drive improvements. •

Must-Have Skills • • 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management.



• Excellent spoken English, strong communication, and professional confidence are mandatory. • Ability to confidently present ideas, lead meetings, and interact with senior stakeholders. • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, Jira, and product documentation. • Good technical understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and software architecture. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is mandatory. • Ability to independently take ownership of product requirements and delivery. •

Good-to-Have Skills :• Experience in EnergyTech, FinTech, SaaS, or P2P trading platforms. • Familiarity with Cursor, Claude Code, or OpenAI Codex. • Knowledge of Figma, Postman, and product analytics tools. • Exposure to blockchain, Beckn Protocol, or digital public infrastructure.
