Job Summary: We are looking for a customer-oriented and motivated Floor Sales / Counter Sales Executive to assist customers, explain product features, handle sales transactions, and maintain an organized sales area. The candidate should have good communication skills, product knowledge, and a positive attitude toward customer service.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their needs.
- Explain product features, specifications, prices, and offers.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products.
- Handle counter sales, billing, cash, and digital payments.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product displays, stock arrangements, and cleanliness.




- Check product availability and coordinate with the store or inventory team.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain sales records and prepare daily sales reports.
- Follow company policies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum 10th or 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, floor sales, or counter sales is an advantage.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic billing, cash-handling, and computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets.
- Honest, punctual, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
