### Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates to join our team as Loan Sales / Loan Syndication Executives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers who require loans and developing business through telecalling, cold calling, and professional referral networks.

### Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers looking for different types of loans.

- Generate leads through telecalling, cold calling, and other sourcing methods.

- Build business relationships with Chartered Accountants (CAs), builders, property brokers, and other professionals.

- Source customers for personal loans, home loans, business loans, loans against property,



and other financial products.

- Understand customer requirements and connect them with suitable loan options.

- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.

- Achieve business development and lead-generation targets.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

- No strict educational qualification or experience barrier.

- Positive communication and convincing skills.

- Interest in sales, customer acquisition, and financial products.

- Willingness to make calls, generate leads, and build professional networks.
