- Perform welding and fabrication work for hydraulic cylinders, components, and related assemblies.
- Carry out MIG, TIG, and Arc welding as per job requirements.
- Weld MS, EN8, and other engineering materials as per drawings and specifications.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and welding symbols.
- Ensure proper weld quality, strength, alignment, and finishing.
- Perform grinding, edge preparation, and basic fabrication activities.
- Inspect welded components for cracks, porosity, and other visible defects.
- Maintain welding machines, tools, and equipment in positive working condition.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the production area.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to complete jobs within the required timeline.
