About the RoleNetAmbit is seeking a skilled and analytical Lending Business Manager to support lending operations, business performance monitoring, MIS reporting, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in the Banking, NBFC, Lending, Financial Services, or Sales Operations domain, along with strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.

The role requires a data-driven professional who can manage business reports, monitor loan processing activities, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure operational efficiency.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLending Operations: Monitor loan applications, documentation, approvals, disbursements, and pending cases.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to track business performance.
- Data Analysis: Analyse sales performance, business trends, productivity metrics, and funnel movement.
- Sales Coordination: Work closely with sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth lending operations.
- Dashboard Management: Maintain accurate trackers and dashboards covering leads, loan logins, approvals, and disbursements.
- Process Monitoring: Identify discrepancies, operational gaps,



and delays, and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Documentation & Follow-ups: Ensure data accuracy, proper documentation, and timely completion of process requirements.
- Management Reporting: Provide regular business updates, performance reports, and actionable insights to management.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in Lending, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Sales Operations.
- Strong understanding of lending processes and loan documentation.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and handling large datasets.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Ideal Candidate ProfileCandidates with experience in lending operations, business MIS, sales analytics, or financial services reporting will be preferred. Strong Excel and data-handling skills are essential for this role.
