Job SummaryQT Consultancy is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Recruiter to hire candidates for logistics, warehouse, delivery, and other blue-collar job profiles across Mumbai.

- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field recruitment drives to hire delivery boys, pickup boys, and warehouse staff.
- Source candidates through local markets, job fairs, references, posters, and social media.
- Visit local areas and hiring locations to generate candidate leads.
- Screen candidates, explain job requirements, and coordinate interviews and joining.
- Complete candidate documentation and maintain recruitment records.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Coordinate with the HR and Operations teams to ensure successful joining.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).




- Experience in field recruitment or blue-collar hiring will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Knowledge of Mumbai's local areas and recruitment markets is preferred.
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork and meeting recruitment targets.
- Required SkillsGood communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong sourcing, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai for recruitment activities.
