Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor – Pharma Distribution(Oncology)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations at a pharmaceutical distribution warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely dispatches, and compliance with pharmaceutical storage standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily warehouse operations, including inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Monitor inventory, stock reconciliation, and expiry dates of medicines.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and adherence to FEFO (First Expiry, First Out).




- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
- Ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination.
- Maintain stock records, invoices, and dispatch documentation.
- Follow pharmaceutical storage guidelines, safety procedures, and company SOPs.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in pharma distribution.
- Knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and expiry tracking.
- Basic computer skills and experience with Excel or warehouse management systems.
- Positive team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
