Reporting To Branch Manager / Area Business Manager

Job PurposeTo acquire customers for car loan products through direct sales, dealer relationships, referrals, and field sourcing activities while achieving assigned business targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSource current customers for car loan products through field visits, references, and dealer networks.
- Build and maintain relationships with automobile dealers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Generate leads and convert them into loan disbursements.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for smooth loan approval and disbursement.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly sales, login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Candidates with 1- 5 years of experience in BFSI, vehicle finance, banking, NBFC, or direct sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of loan products and customer relationship management.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
