Roles & Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding suitable career-oriented courses.
- Explain course details, curriculum, duration, fees, perks, and career opportunities.
- Understand candidates’ educational backgrounds, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert prospective leads into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates and ensure a smooth admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and admissions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for seamless candidate onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and provide a positive counselling experience.
