Vinoth Builders is a Chennai-based builder with residential apartment projects in several of the city’s established neighbourhoods. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive who can turn enquiries into confirmed bookings by guiding buyers from the first site visit to registration.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads from walk-ins, calls, digital campaigns and channel partners
- Conduct site visits and present layouts, pricing and payment plans
- Close bookings and coordinate loans, documentation and registration
- Update daily sales activity in the CRM and meet monthly targets
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; 1-4 years of sales experience (real estate preferred), freshers with solid communication skills considered
- Fluent in Tamil and English
- Good negotiation skills and knowledge of the Chennai housing market
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence
