- Frame key decisions by separating facts, assumptions, options, trade-offs and recommendations.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on outcomes, owners, milestones, dependencies and success measures.
- Track critical commitments, surface risks early and help remove execution bottlenecks.
- Use AI and structured problem-solving to improve the speed and quality of analysis, communication and execution.
