Job Description

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Conduct gap analysis, business process mapping, and impact assessments.

- Collaborate with technical teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.

- Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and process flow diagrams.

- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.

- Define KPIs and monitor business performance against organizational objectives.

- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, and workshops.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and validating business requirements.

- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend strategies to improve operational performance.

- Manage changes in business requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.

- Track project progress, maintain documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders

Requirements





- Strong experience in business analysis and requirement gathering.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and data analysis techniques.

- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.

- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.

- Robust problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.

Requirements
Knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO. Strong understanding of keyword research and competitor analysis. Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console. Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz. Understanding of website indexing, crawling, and ranking factors. Knowledge of HTML, meta tags, canonical tags, and XML sitemaps. Basic understanding of content optimization and link building. Analytical skills to monitor and improve SEO performance.
