Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Accounts Payable (AP) Deployment Consultant with 8 10 years of genuine, hands-on project experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA implementations and deployments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AP solution design, deployment activities, solution design reviews, documentation, and test scenario preparation.

The candidate must be capable of working independently, contributing to end-to-end AP deployment activities, and collaborating effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive and support SAP Accounts Payable (AP) implementation and deployment activities in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Review AP solution designs to ensure alignment with business requirements and established SAP best practices.
- Prepare, review, and validate solution design documentation and functional specifications.
- Develop and review ARC documentation and test scenarios.
- Prepare and execute functional test cases, support integration testing,



and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify gaps between business requirements and the proposed solution and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support deployment readiness, defect resolution, issue analysis, and post-deployment stabilization.
- Coordinate with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, testing evidence, issue logs, and deployment-related deliverables.
- Work independently and take ownership of assigned AP deployment deliverables.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

- 8 10 years of genuine SAP project experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Accounts Payable.
- Proven implementation or deployment experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong experience in AP solution design review and validation.
- Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing ARC documentation and test scenarios.
- Positive understanding of AP business processes, including vendor invoice processing, payments, vendor master data, and invoice-related accounting.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
