"Client & Project: We are seeking a current talent to join the Business and Tech Integration AV team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project TEBS Holding Project. The client is AVANADE, a company specializing in providing innovative digital and cloud services, business solutions, and design-led experiences to help organizations realize results.

Responsibilities: As an ERP Functional Lead, you will be responsible for leading one of the workstreams as part of the project and working closely with the delivery manager, functional and technical architect. You will ensure the successful implementation of the dedicated workstream by providing expert guidance and making key decisions. You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, demonstrating influencing and advisory skills. Your role involves engaging with multiple teams and contributing to important decisions, as well as providing solutions to problems that affect several teams. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional is required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) Methodologies is recommended. Additionally, advanced proficiency in Business Process Design,



Requirements Analysis, Functional Designs, and Business Model Strategy is suggested.

Provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure alignment of the workstream with overall project goals and objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the enterprise resource planning environment.

Drive the adoption of best practices and standards to elevate the quality and consistency of deliverables across the project.

Engage stakeholders at various levels to communicate progress, manage expectations, and foster a collaborative project culture.

Mentor and support team members by sharing expertise and encouraging professional growth to strengthen team capabilities.
